ME AS AN ARTIST :I retain the right to use commissioned images in my portfolio and promotional images unless specifically requested otherwise by the commissioner.

YOU AS A COMMISSIONER :You will get JPG/PNG files.
You will get 2x revision max after the sketch is done. If there’s major revision after finalized artwork, you’ll get charged.
Feel free to ask for canvas size.
The price may change depend on complexity.
You may use artwork online in a respectful manner, with credit given.
You may not modify, trace, alter, include the use of AI-related service, or profit from the commissioned work in any form, sell or license the commissioned work as a non-fungible token (NFT), cryptocurrency, or other blockchain-related service and technology.

.PROCESS STEPSSketch is created based on the references and information provided.
Sketch is sent to the commissioner for approval and tweaks.
Commission is completed.
With permission, the finished commission is posted on my socials, including the commissioner's name or handle in the description.

COMMUNICATIONI will send all progress through discord DM /bluesky /FB /IG. Whichever one you prefer to talk with.
I will NOT continue my progress if there's no response (react on picture counted!)

TIMELINE & CANCELLATIONSThe time it takes to complete a commission varies, depending on the complexity of the piece.Full body commissions or rendered bust pieces (see example page) may take up to or more than 3 months to be fully completed, depending on complexity and number of slots in my queue. Especially busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.) may increase the wait time by a few weeks. Progress updates can be requested at any time during the commission process - please don't feel bad asking for updates, I'm happy to let you know how the process is going at any time!Rendered illustration commissions or comic commissions featuring multiple pages may take longer. A rough time estimate can be given upon request.Fixed deadlines can be accommodated upon request, but very rushed time limits (less than a week for a single character illustration or less than 2 weeks for a group illustration) will cost an additional rush order fee.

Any deadlines must be stated upfront before the sketch phase of the commission, and cannot be shortened during the process without an additional fee.NO REFUND! or backing out on paid, when I have started working on the commission.
